serve all our guests, we require that all reservations
be made by phone. (Prices are subject to change without

Reservation Policies:
Reservations: May through September, a
4-night minimum reservation is required on cabins.
October through April, excluding holidays and spring
break, we offer discounted rates with a 2-night minimum.
Credit cards accepted: Mastercard, Visa, American Express
and Discover card.
Deposit: One night deposit is required
and must be received within 15 days of date reservation
is made. If confirmation is not received within 10 days
of date of reservation, contact our office. After receiving
your deposit, a deposit receipt confirmation will be mailed
to you. If deposit receipt is not received within 30 days
from date you made reservation, please call to verify
that deposit was received and posted.
Cancellations: Cancellations made 21 days prior
to arrival are entitled to a 75% deposit refund. If cancellation
is made less than 21 days prior to arrival, there is no
guaranteed refund. However, if we can rent the cabin/campsite
for the entire reservation, we will refund 50% of the
deposit. No refund for early departures. You are responsible
for payment of days you reserved-no exceptions. Please
double check your dates. Policy applies whether you cancel
all or part of your reservation.
